FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Music Breaks
Make sure the distance connecting the device and speaker is of 10 or less metres. Make sure there is no obstacle between the two Bluetooth devices. Try playing the music with another Bluetooth device.
Sound isn't emitted under AUX mode
Make sure the cable is correctly connected. Make sure you changes the mode to AUX by pressing on the “M” key.
Sound isn't emitted under the TF Card mode
Make sure the TF card format is in FAT32. Make sure the music file is in format: APE, FLAC, MP3, WMA, WAV.
The buttons do not work
Turn off the speaker and turn it on again in 30 minutes. Reset the speaker by pressing the RESET key.
The speaker does not emit sound
Increase the volume. Make everything is correctly connected. Try a different cable. Make sure both devices are under the same mode.
Noise
Check the cable connected. Try using different cable. Make sure the USB cable works.
Fail to charge
