You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

Please be aware that this is only possible if you signed up online. In all other cases or if you have any questions related with another issue, you can reach out to our support team directly through info@eu-aiwa.com.
We want you to love your item from Aiwa. So if it isn’t everything you hoped for or if you placed the order by mistake, all items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
If a popular item is out of stock, we try hard to restock it.
