Repair Procedure

1. Raise Return Request
Please complete the information required as accurately as possible.

2. Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Generated
A member of our Customer Service team will generate a RMA number and contact you by email with details on how to ship your faulty product back to us. Your RMA number is usually generated within one working day.

3. Return Your Product to Aiwa
Carefully pack your product and ship it back to our Service Centre. It is important that your RMA number is labelled on the outside of your packaging. Our return address for service repairs is:

Please remember to include your RMA documentation with your product.

4. Inspection carried out by our service engineers
Once we receive your product, one of our service engineers will carry out an inspection, usually within two working day of receipt.

Warranty
We will endeavour to service and repair your product within three working days. If your product cannot be repaired, we will replace it free of charge.

Non-warranty
After inspection we will contact you with a repair estimate. If you choose to go ahead, we will endeavour to service and repair the item within three working days of receiving payment for the estimate

5. Product shipped back to customer
Your repaired product will be shipped back to you and includes an additional three month warranty to cover against the same fault reoccurring.
