FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The ESTBT-700BK headset does not pair with the Bluetooth
Check if your headset is in pairing mode or in reconnection mode and check if the Bluetooth function is activated. Check the Bluetooth menu on your device and delete / forget the headset and reconnect it.
The ESTBT-700BK does not turn on.

Can I change the battery in the headphones?
No, this headset uses a built-in, non-removable lithium-polymer battery, which cannot be removed.
Can I wear a headset while driving?
Traffic regulations prohibit the use of headphones while driving.
Has the ESTBT-700BK headset been disconnected from the Bluetooth device within 10 meters?
Check for any obstacles that may interfere with the Bluetooth connection.
I don't hear any sound.
Check if both devices are properly paired and compatible with the A2DP profile. Check that the volume of your headset is turned up.
