FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
No power
- The power cord is not plugged. Plug in the power cord.
- Check whether electricity failed. Check the condition by operation of other electronic devices.
No sound
- Low or non-existent volume. Increase the main unit, or theexternal device volume.
The unit does not start playback
- An unplayable disc is inserted. Insert a playable disc.
- The disc is dirty. Clean the disc.
Radio stations cannot be tuned in
- The antenna is positioned poorly. Extend the antenna cord at it’s full length.
- Relocate the boombox in another place.
The USB does not start the playback
- Incompatible or damaged audio files. Insert another device with compatible audio files.
Sound becomes distorted on Auxiliary Input mode.
- Volume level is too high. Adjust the playback volume on the external device to an adequate level.
- Auxiliary cable is inserted incorrectly. Insert the auxiliary cable correctly.
